🥦 Broccoli Cheese Patties Recipe🥦

Ingredients:

2 cups broccoli florets (steamed and finely chopped)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plus extra if needed)

2 eggs

1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

1 clove garlic (minced)

Salt & pepper to taste

Olive oil (for frying)
Instructions:

Steam the broccoli until tender, then finely chop.

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Mix until the mixture holds together. If it's too wet, add a little more breadcrumbs.

Shape into small patties.

Heat a bit of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook patties for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
