🇬🇷✨ Feta-Stuffed Greek Chicken Meatballs with Roasted Garlic Tzatziki ✨
🧾 Ingredients For the Chicken Meatballs: 1 lb (450g) ground chicken (or turkey) 1/4 cup red onion, finely grated 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried) 1 tsp dried oregano

Mix well until fully combined.

Take a spoonful of the mixture, flatten slightly in your palm.
Add a cube of feta cheese in the center, then roll into a ball, sealing the feta inside. -
Repeat until all meat is used. You should get around 12–14 meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
Cook the meatballs for 3–4 minutes per side, turning gently, until golden brown and cooked through. -
Optional: Finish in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 8–10 minutes if you want extra crispiness.
