🐖 Stuffed Pork Roll Roast
A classic butcher-style pork roast with a herbed stuffing, perfect for festive dinners.
🛒 Ingredients:

1.2–1.5 kg pork shoulder or loin (butterflied)

Salt & pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced
-
2 tbsp rosemary, chopped

1 tbsp thyme
-
Pine nuts & shaved Parmesan

(Optional: spinach or mushrooms)
🔪 Instructions:

Flatten & season the meat with salt, pepper, garlic, and herbs.

Add stuffing: pine nuts, cheese, and extras if using.

Roll tightly and tie with butcher’s twine.

Roast at 170°C (340°F) for 60–80 min (core temp: 68–70°C).

Rest 10–15 min, then slice and serve.
Great with roasted veggies or mustard sauce!
